OpsMax will provide Customer with incident support for its Covered Servers. This support is available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, with initial response time targets as follows:
Incident Severity Definitions:
Severity 1 – 1 hour or less: Covered Server is affected such that critical production business processes are unavailable or substantially impaired.
Severity 2 – 2 hours or less: Covered Server is affected such that non-critical production business processes are unavailable or substantially impaired.
Severity 3 – 4 hours or less: Covered Server is affected with no significant impairment of production systems.
Incidents may include any or all the following conditions:
System failures
System performance problems
Unexplained operational behaviors
Other system operational problems
Root-cause analysis of performance issues and system failures
